Poa exited the game after taking a hard hit on the floor while trying to draw an offensive charge from Ole Miss’ Zakiya Stephenson at the 5:44 mark. She lay on the floor for several seconds, eventually standing up and leaning heavily on LSU teammates, including Angel Reese.
There was initially some issue with getting her off the court as some staffers appeared to want to test her with a line-walk rather than immediately get out the stretcher.
LSU was promptly crushed by users for making her do such a thing.Regardless, Poa is now being treated by medical professionals and we wish her the best in her recovery.
